What is the publishing process for Bow Valley College's institutional repository?
Answer
Material is deposited in the institutional repository through Mediated Submission:
- Authors/Creators uploads a copy of the work to the RGO Library & Learning Commons through this online submission form.
- If the submission is text-based, authors/creators can use this template to format their work in APA format.
- The RGO Library & Learning Commons then uploads the work to the institutional repository on the author/creator’s behalf.
Students may submit work that has been identified as outstanding by a faculty member. The faculty member must complete the Library's online nomination form prior to submission.
Please note that all submissions must adhere to the quality control guidelines and eligibility requirements outlined in the Library's online guide.
