Where can I get help with technology questions?

You can find answers to many of your technology questions in the library's Technology Support guide

The library (2nd floor, North Campus) provides in-person technology support for D2L, MyBVC email, printing, and Microsoft Teams.

The ITS service desk (3rd floor, North Campus) can help with password resets, student account questions, and general technology questions. 

  • Drop by, Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 7:00 pm, and Saturday,  8:30 am - 2:30 pm or
  • Call, Monday to Friday, 7:30 am - 7:00 pm, and Saturday, 8:30 am - 2:30 pm.  Dial 403-410-1611 (local) or 1-866-615-8923 (toll-free)
