How do I edit a PDF?

Students have access to the full version of Adobe Acrobat on any Bow Valley College computer (Desktops or Laptops). Using Acrobat you can:

  • Convert Word into PDF
  • Edit a PDF
  • Fill out PDF forms/add text

If you need to "sign" a PDF - check with your instructor or the person who provided you with the form and ask them what type of signature they are looking for. There are different types of digital signatures - so you want to make sure that you are doing it the correct way.

  • The easiest way is to use Adobe Acrobat. In the Tools menu, click on Fill and Sign - you can type or draw your signature and add it to the PDF.
