Author(s) last name, Initial. (Year). Title of book. (Illustrator(s) Initial, Last name, Illus.). Publication company name.
Example
If the illustrator is different from the author:
Andreae, G. (2012). Giraffes can't dance. (G. Parker-Rees, Illus.). Scholastic.
If the illustrator is the same as the author:
Carle, E. (1994). The very hungry caterpillar. (E. Carle, Illus.). Philomel Books
